Temporary Associates – Bonuses and Benefits
Temporary Associates working for Veritas Recruiting Group are eligible for the following benefits & bonuses:
Health Plan – QSE-HRA
After 90 days of employment, all employees are eligible to participate in the Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA). The QSEHRA reimburses up to a maximum of $250 per month for the premiums paid for non-group health insurance purchased on the individual market. More detailed information will be provided to employees after 90 days of employment.
After working 1000 hours (approximately 6 months) of unbroken time, within the previous 52 weeks, you are entitled to six paid holidays. This is providing you work the full scheduled day before and full scheduled day after the holiday. Any break of 30 calendar days or more will disqualify holiday pay and hours will begin accumulating once you return to work.
The holidays are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas day.
After working 1800 hours (approximately 11 months) of unbroken time, within the previous 52 weeks, you are eligible for a retention bonus of 40 hours pay at your current hourly pay rate.
Any break of 30 calendar days or more will disqualify holiday and/or retention bonus and hours will begin accumulating once you return to work.
